Suzanne McCarthy

Suzanne McCarthy is Chairman of Depaul UK, the youth homelessness charity, the Joint Audit Panel of the London Mayor’s Office of Policing and Crime and the Metropolitan Police, the new Fire Standards Board and Deputy Chairman of the Valuation Tribunal Service.  She is also a member of the Fundraising Regulator where she is Chairman of the Standards Committee and of the Advertising Standards Authority. She was formerly Immigration Services Commissioner, and CEO of both the Human Fertilisation and Embryology Authority and the Financial Services Compensation Scheme.  Before entering the civil service she was a Lecturer in Law at Manchester University.
